Leveraging Resources with Intel

Intel has been discussing the option of using an application they have developed with the Value Chain Company in Oregon Education.  This would be a no cost application for schools.  The only school responsibility would be administering their content and users.  This is a $3.6m role out with a $1.5m in yearly costs.  ODE’s portion for this would be an initial $200,000, one time cost.  The concept is self funding through private sponsorships that result in logo branding for companies on the main page.
